Most helpful customer reviews 15 of 16 people found this review helpful. Really Great AC. Needs better installation instructions for James D. Savage is Ok, the material in this point so far very nice and very good value for what I paid for it. The big problem is the installation guide. This thing you can not say enough information so that you constantly with over-all progress you have to pay line, just bend the liquid and gas pipes, peeling of the internal unit to determine, say, not what the instructions. Put everything back together, hung in the backup device and then find the next thing in the instructions not to talk, then repeat the process. He should have taken me to install a couple of hours, but took me all weekend. Klimaire must step in the instructions. But until then, let me explain my setup steps to help you. 1st Unpack everything (of course) 2 Remove the metal plate hangers from the rear of the indoor unit and find where you hang the indoor unit (instructions will tell you about the location restrictions) 3 wishes. With a height of bubble display, or electronic or any application on your phone, the level of the metal bracket and mark where you will install your screws go. Try and use at least one bolt hit the rest of the screws, drywall screws. I think that will be assessed for 50 pounds. 4th Go inside the device and hang it on the mounting plate hangers will not lower it into the hook, because as a metal plate bent at a 90 degree angle must be there to release the snap. 5th Use a pencil and an overview of the lower right corner of the indoor unit. This is where the hole will be in the wall. 6th Remove the indoor unit from the trailer. 7th Use a nice long masonry bit (I used ¼ ") which will take if the cement and stucco on the exterior of the house and live in the middle of where the lines will be released on the drilling unit in a small angle to the down until the tip comes out of the wall 8. Take a drywall saw and cut up to make a generous (at least 2 ½ "in diameter) around the holes to make sure everything is not going outside the pattern you have made with your pencil. 9th Now go on the outside of the house and cut a hole diameter of 2 ½ with the same angle with a 2 ½ "cut carbide hole cutter to get through the grout 10. Go back and carefully smooth liquid metal and insulated pipelines and the gray water drain hose until they point toward the back of the indoor unit 11. Now it is the part that is found nowhere in the manual: Remove all the tape on the indoor unit, you know, the bits that keep things from opening during shipment? 12 Open the door. On the right there is a screw which when removed, remove a cap to be. Do it. 13 If you got the cover is a screw that you remove that allows you to remove, even a cap. Do it right. 14th Now you see a number of electrical contacts with numbers, letters or a combination of numbers and letters. 15th Weinig electric wires from the box and fish them back through the small hole that until they come out where the plugs. Each wire is labeled the 16th where it should go, so a small screwdriver and stick it in the right places. 17th Now all close up, put all the covers in place and closing the main front door. 18th Take the strip of tape and comes with the device and wrap the two wires, insulated and the liquid metal gas pipes, drain the water and a small wire with a connector Wrap the ends together well until you get at the end of the small cable connector. 19. Feed the two wires through the hole you made.
