Check the box carefully, because my unit came in a box and had to return it wrong ... Klimaire customer service was pretty good to call me again and that the exchange, but had to wait for bad indoor unit and check the box before sending a new one (took about 3 weeks) ... The only problem I had with installation was the formation of gas copper line for large, do not you bend without folds, to be cautious and invest in a tube bender .. With great product mnop took me an entire day to install this device. It came with everything I needed to install it and run it. But I had to run 220V through the basement, I knew in advance, because it will tell you that it is a 220V AC. This air conditioner is so powerful that we had to turn it off after a few hours. I bought it for our living / dining room (approx. 1000 square feet), but almost the entire house cool. The kitchen was cold, and the whole downstairs was cold. It would be nice if it had a climate control thermostat to turn off when the temperature reaches the desired setting. I just needed a few days so I can not say much about the use of electricity will come back with an update when I have the energy bill.
